Neighborhood Watch Focus On Gangs

The Woodbury chapter of Neighborhood Watch will provide a program on gang awareness at tonight’s meeting. Officers from the Murfreesboro Police Department and the Cannon County Sheriff’s Department are part of the agenda.

Chief Tony Burnett of the Woodbury Police Department created the agenda for this meeting. “This is a very important and very timely message for all members of our community. I hope we have a good response” according to the Chief.

The meeting is open to the public and will be at the Cannon County Senior Center beginning at 6:30pm. Normally members of neighborhood watch provide a pot luck meal. For this meeting, bar-b-que will be provided for a donation to the association.
