Sunday 18 May 2008James A. Jordan 66 died Saturday May 17th. He was a resident of Lascassas and native of Rutherford County. Survivors include; his wife of 45 years Alta Fann Jordan daughter Nessa Downing Murfreesboro sons Curtis Jordan of Penn Jamie Jordan of Murfreesboro brothers Charles Jordan of Woodbury Earnest Jordan of Murfreesboro and 11 grandchildren also survive. Funeral services for James A. Jordan will be Tuesday at 1:00pm at Lascassas Baptist Church. Charles McKnight and Brian Hartell will conduct the service. Burial will be in Hillview Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Monday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Lascassas Baptist Church. Jennings and Ayers is in charge of the arrangements.
