150 Cards Issued To New Patrons

The Cannon County Library System reports that 150 cards were issued to new patrons from July to November of 2017. With the help of the Summer Reading and Battle of the Books Programs, both the Adams and Auburntown Libraries have welcomed new patrons, many of which have just moved to the county. Of the 150 new cards, 42 were given out in the month of October, the highest monthly total of the year. To sign-up for a library card, all that is needed is a photo ID, proof of mailing address, and completion of the card application. Parents or guardians will have to sign for any juveniles seeking to get a library card. The Cannon County Library System welcomes all of our new patrons and we look forward to assisting you in the future.
