A dispute between two neighbors has led to the arrest of one of them for aggravated assault. Angela Frezner Rogers, of Howard Youree Road, was arrested and charged by the Cannon County Sheriff’s Department with aggravated assault after she alleged shot a rifle at her neighbor following an argument.
Deputies were immediately called to the scene and after an investigation, arrested Rogers without incident. No one was hurt during the incident.
Rogers is currently free on $10,000.00 bond and will appear before General Sessions Judge Susan Melton next month.
