Sunday 18 May 2008Judge Don Ash presided over the latest session of Cannon County Circuit Court. The only case on Judge Ash’s docket during the session was State of Tennessee vs. Larry Leftwich. Leftwich was charged with violation of probation after he allgedly failed to comply with the conditions of his probation. Judge Ash appointed Leftwich an attorney and reset his case until August. Leftwich is currently being held in the Cannon County Jail without bond.
