The Cannon County Board of Commissioners will meet this Saturday, January 16th. A variety of topics will be on the agenda for commissioners.Commissioners will consider filling vacancies for Circuit Court Clerk, Commissioner for the 5th District and Constable in the 2nd District. Budgets amendments will be reviewed for the Board of Education, highway department and county general/solid waste.
The 2010 road map for the county will be considered and the naming of a bridge on Hill Creek Road in honor of Claude Mayo.
The meeting will be in the courtroom of the courthouse and the public is invited and encouraged to attend.
