Somebody got a 55″ LG LED TV for an early Christmas present after stealing it from a Hollis Creek Road Residence. According to Cannon County Sheriff’s Department reports Deputy Lee Colwell answered a burglary call on Hollis Creek Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Colwell spoke with Terry Reed. Reed said he left his residence Tuesday morning to take his son to school and returned home. In a 25 minute span in which he was gone, someone came in the house and took a 55″ LG LED TV that he had recently purchased from Aaron’s In Manchester. There were no signs of forced entry. Mr. Reed advised that it had appeared they had come through the sliding door on the porch. The report goes on to say that Aaron’s of Manchester was contacted to verify the purchase and serial number. Mr. Reed was under a lease on this particular TV that began in October.
