The Cannon County Lions boys basketball team showed some spark in the first quarter in their semifinal matchup of the Sonic Shootout against the host team White County. The Warriors were able to tie the game at the end of the opening period. Second quarter the lead changed three more times before White County went to a 7 point lead by half. The Warriors extended the lead to 18 before winning the game by 14 70-56. Austin Duggin led all scorers with 16 points. Cannon will face Warren County for the rights for third place in the tournament on Thursday. Game time will begin at 3:30.
