43 year old Steve Franklin Mabe Jr. was arrested on Wednesday, December 28 for theft of property over $1,000. According to wjle.com Dekalb County Police took a report earlier in the day from an employee of Tractor Supply Company concerning the theft of a 42″ Cub Cadet riding mower and a 25 ton Country Line log splitter.
