Basketball season begins tonight, Tuesday November 17th for the Cannon County Lionettes and Lions.
As in past years, the schedule begins with games in the Hall of Champions tournament. First up is a trip to Bledsoe County and on Thursday to Tullahoma.
Again this year the Thanksgiving weekend will have basketball in addition to turkey and holiday shopping. The Cannon Classic will be held at Cannon County High School. The hosts are scheduled to play Gordonsville on November 27th and Hume-Fogg on Saturday, November 28th.
Between Christmas and New Years, the teams travel to White County for the Sonic Shoot Out.
