A shooting Friday afternoon on Hollow Springs Road has claimed the life of one man and has one in the custody of the Cannon County Sheriff’s Department. Ronnie Baxter died in the emergency room of Stones River Hospital following the shooting.
Randy Durham is being held in connection with the shooting. Sheriff Billy Nichols indicated the investigation is on-going and more information should be available later.
