A Woodbury man who got into a heated argument with his mother has been charged with aggravated criminal trespass. According to police reports, Last week, Woodbury resident Wesley Hayes after getting into a argument with his mother, was asked to leave the premises and not return. Mr. Hayes ignored the request and later on returned to the residence and got into yet another verbal confrontation with his mother. The mother took out an order of protection at the courthouse recently but the judge has not been able to sign it yet.Mr Hayes is due to be in General Session Court Tuesday July 19th on the charge.
