The Mitch Wilson Classic presented two great days of prep basketball at Cannon County High School. Friday night in the girls game, Cannon County defeated McMinn Central by a score of 64 – 55. In the boy’s contest, Cannon defeated McMinn Central by a score of 73 – 57.On Saturday night, Cannon County played host to Smyrna. In the girls contest, Cannon defeated Smyrna by a score of 64-47. In the boys contest, Cannon won over Smyrna, 64-52.
The next contest for Cannon County will be on the road Tuesday night to Chapel Hill for games with Forrest.
