A Cannon County man faces 2nd degree murder charges folowing the death of Ronnie Baxter. Reports indicate Baxter was allegedly shot twice by Randy Durham during an argument over money. The shooting occured Friday afternoon on Hollow Springs Road in the Woodland community.
According to reports from Cannon County Sheriff Billy Nichols, Randy Durham was charged with 2nd degree murder and was held with a $250,000.00 bond. Bond was posted over the weekend and he was released late Saturday night.
