The Riverside Center along with the Alzheimer’s Association will be hosting a free Caregiver’s Afternoon Out from 1 to 5 today at the Senior Center. This is designed to give caregiver’s of those affected by Dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease an opportunity to bring their loved ones to the center during this time. Qualified and trained employees of Riverside Center will care for and provide activities and snacks for the participants. If interested in particpating contact the Cannon County Senior Center at 563-5304 The Center will also be home for a Luau today as the staff invites those participating to put on their Luau clothing and head on over for a festive potluck Luau. An authentic Hula dancer will be on hand to perform and teach hula dances. The activity starts at 11:30
