Balsam Medical is pleased to announce it will be providing a clinic located within the Woodbury Grammar School known as the Cub Clinic beginning today. Paula Todd, Family Nurse Practioner, Jeff Todd, Medical Doctor along with a medical assistant will staff the clinic. Woodbury Grammar School students and their family as well as all faculty and staff within the Cannon County School System are eligible to use theClinic. Any person wishing to be seen in the clinic must stop by the clinic to schedule an appointment. Online scheduling will be available later in the fall. Those with sore throats, earaches, cough and cold, urinary tract infection, minor injuries, diabetes, hypertension, and asthma visits . Bus Driver physicals, sports physicals, school entrance physicals, and well child exams are a few of the services provided. Parents who’s children attend Woodbury Grammar School will always be called by the medical assistant or nurse practioner before scheduling an appointment. If a student is seen by the clinic, a note will be sent home from the clinic describing the findings, treatment and recommendations along with the provider’s name and contact number to call if you have any questions.
Payment for services can be done through qualifying health insurance. Patients without insurance, service will be provided at a discount based on income. Proof of income will be required for any discounted services.
