Dr. Oleksandr Osipchuk (Dr. Aleks) was honored at a welcome reception hosted by Stones River Hospital and Riverside recently. The reception gave staff, community leaders, and local businesses a chance to meet Riverside’s newest psychiatrist. Dr. Aleks was accompanied by his beautiful wife Linda and two children-Joy and Isaac. The reception included a chocolate fountain, delicate appetizers, and gourmet desserts catered by the dietary department at Stones River Hospital.
“We are so very glad to have Dr. Aleks be a part of our fine hospital,” said Sue Conley-CEO of Stones River and DeKalb Community Hospitals, “He has been an excellent addition to our Gero-Psych Unit at Riverside and the patients and staff love him.”
“I am happy to be here (Riverside) and am eager to make a difference in the quality of life of my patients,” said Dr. Aleks, “I want them to be happy and hopeful.”
Dr. Aleks practices psychiatric medicine at the Riverside Gero-Psych Unit at Stones River Hospital.
