Units of the Woodbury Fire Department responded to a call Tuesday morning to the former location of Leo Parker Realty on South McCrary Street. Smoke was spotted coming from the building according to early reports.
The ground level of the structure is divided into two areas. One section of the building is home to a clothing consignment shop. The clothing produced a lot of smoke for firefighters.
No estimate on the loss is available at this time. It is believed that the building will be a total loss.
Only one lane of traffic was available for use on South McCrary as the fire units were at the scene.
