59 people and a total of 115 charges are scheduled to appear before Judge Susan Melton in Cannon County General Sessions Court today. Some of themultiple charge cases scheduled include Alyssa Marie Coleman charged with Domestic Assault, Shoplifting under $500, suspended license, driving on
suspended, aggravated domestic assault and two counts of violation of bond conditions. Austin Cole Heath, speeding, suspended license, drug
paraphernalia, insurance law and seatbelt law. Timmy Wayne Mount Possession of Schedule II, Schedule III, and Schedule IV for resale, 2 counts of fradulent use of a debit or credit card. Marlin Prater several counts of violation of probation due to DUI and simple possession charges.
It is also noted that several cases are domestic assault cases that will go before Judge Melton today.
