Glenda Faye King Vandygrift, 72, passed away Friday at Alive Hospice of Murfreesboro. She was a native of Cannon County.
Survivors: 2 Daughters and Sons-in-law: Christa & Kenny Campbell and Jami & Shane Ervin all of Murfreesboro, 5 Grandchildren: Trey & Abby Campbell, Lee, Cole & Grant Ervin, 2 Brothers and sister-in-law: Randy & Tyanne King of Murfreesboro, Stanton King of Auburntown, Sister-in-law: Millie Mingle of Woodbury, also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Grady & Glennette Vance King; her husband, Eddie Vandygrift and brother, Wayne “Byrd” King.
A member of Auburn Baptist Church, she was a graduate analyst at MTSU. Glenda loved making memories with her children and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Carver officiating. Interment will follow in Prosperity Cemetery.
Visitation with her family will be Monday, May 17, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
