The weekend offers many choices of music events here in Cannon County. Tonight is music night at the Cannon County Senior Center on West Lehman Street. Featured band is the Gilley Brothers. Doors open at 6:00. Performance starts at 7P. Admission is $5.00. This is open to the public.
Tonight is the first night of the two day Cannon County Gospel Jamboree event. The Cannon County Gospel Jamboree will be held at the covered arena at the Fairgrounds in Woodbury beginning at 6 tonight. The second day will be Saturday starting at 3:00. Contemporary Christian Music will be the highlight of Saturday’s Ignite Music Fesitval. The event will be held on the grounds of the Arts Center of Cannon County on John Bragg Highway. In addition to the many artists and bands performing, there will be a BBQ cookoff, KidsZone and more. The event is also free to the public.
