The Cannon County Jr. High Lions went to Westmoreland last night looking to come back victorious. Bo Bryson and Julio Dominguez scored touchdowns
for the Lions but Westmoreland took the win 42-14. The Jr. High team will
play at Fred Schwartz Field in Woodbury for the first time this season

The Cannon County Lionette High School Soccer Team traveled to Carthage to
face a traditionally tough girls soccer program of Smith County. Smith
County won convincingly 8-1 over the Lionettes. Joanna Young scored the
lone goal for the Lionettes. The Lionettes will host Jackson County
Monday in Woodbury.
