Almost 200 seniors of Cannon County High School are getting ready to receive their high school diplomas Friday night. The graduation ceremony takes place at Fred Schwartz Field at the High School at 7:00. Traffic to the school from Hwy 70 to Houston Lane will not be affected by construction as workers plan to leave in plenty of time beforehand. Kimela Drive however will be closed for a period of time before and after graduation Friday. Only local residential traffic will be allowed to go through. The closing will allow the police department to maintain traffic flow more smoothly. You can hear the graduation ceremonies live on WBRY starting at 7:00 Friday night.
