Larry Don Tucker, 76, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at his home in Cannon Co.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys Hibdon Tucker of Woodbury; children, Dwayne (Connie) Tucker of Woodbury, Dylan (Amanda) Tucker of Hartsville, Donya Tucker Staats of Murfreesboro and Jennifer Gill of Carthage; stepsons, Barry Hibdon, Larry (Cecilia) Hibdon and Gary Hibdon all of Woodbury; brother, Randall (Treva) Tucker of Ohio. 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl H. & Ozelle Swanger Tucker, daughter, Denise Butcher and siblings, Judy Vanatta and Joe Frank Tucker.
A member of the Baptist church, Larry was a veteran of the United States Army where he served in Vietnam. He was a truck driver and mechanic. Larry was also a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed mowing the yard, camping and riding his Goldwing motorcycle.
Graveside services will be 11:00 am Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Ivy Bluff Cemetery, Cannon Co. with Bro. Greg Mitchell officiating.
Visitation with his family will be Friday, March 10, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
