Liberty Man Arrested After Making Improper Wide Turn

A Liberty man was arrested in Murfreesboro over the weekend when Murfreesboro Police discovered he had a warrant out for his arrest for a violation of probation charge.  According to Murfreesboro Police reports Officers observed a Green 4 door Nissan make an improper wide left turn.  After conducting a traffic stop, they talked with the driver 24 year old William Roger of Adamson Branch Road in Liberty and discovered that Roger had been driving on suspended license.  A further warrants check also revealed that Mr. Roger had an active warrant for violation of probation on a original charge of possession of schedule IV drugs.  Roger was then placed under arrest.  He will answer to the Driving On Suspended License charge in Rutherford County General Sessions Court on March 15.
